

PR & CREATIVE MANAGEMENT CASE STUDY: THE PROPERTY BOYZ
Andrew Dyke & Alan Lee Ogden, Property Entrepreneurs, Influencers and TV Presenters first hit our TV Screens in the Channel 4 Documentary Series 'Britains Benefit Tenants' which ran for 3 seasons. They were introduced to the Niltoni Creative Team shortly before the third season of the Channel 4 show with view to develop their brand.
With appearances on BBC's Antiques Roadshow, we built their brand from the ground up : Naming them 'The Property Boyz' , delivering photoshoots, numerous radio Shows, personal appearances, alongside Magazine features in 'Northern Style Bible' LA DI DA Magazine, International Fashion Magazine Mens Style Fashion, also Barcelona/ Paris based title FORC MAGAZINE , and NewsQuest lifestyle Magazines 'LIVING' the 'Boyz' profile has steadily risen and risen. As further development of 'The Property Boyz' brand, we created content including writing and producing a short Mini WebTV series 'Between The Bricks' - a property development show, presented by Andrew and Alan. Further content and fashion editorial and endorsement was developed with endorsements with clothing brands CAVANI, TOOTAL, Viyella and Always Wear Red ( AWR).
In Spring 2019 joined the new BBC One's daytime schedules as contributors of the new FIRECRACKER Productions series 'The Customer is Always Right'.
